Key Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for a broad spectrum of marketing functions, ensuring alignment with Visa’s global brand standards while tailoring strategies to meet the unique demands of the Saudi market. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Visa’s business goals, focusing on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention in Saudi Arabia.
• Campaign Development & Execution: Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and experiential marketing, to maximize reach and engagement.
• Market Research & Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape in Saudi Arabia. Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing spend.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels, reinforcing Visa’s reputation as a leader in digital payments and financial services.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including product, sales, and finance, as well as external agencies and partners, to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives.
• Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring a combination of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and a results-driven mindset. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role within the financial services, fintech, or payments industry.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, including consumer preferences, regulatory landscape, and competitive dynamics in the digital payments sector.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation software, and data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential.
• Analytical Acumen: Ability to interpret complex data sets, derive actionable insights, and translate them into strategic marketing decisions.
