Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team at NK INTERIORS, based in Riyadh. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of digital marketing trends, exceptional content creation skills, and a passion for building meaningful connections with our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with NK INTERIORS’ business objectives. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success.
• Content Creation & Curation: Produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok. This includes graphics, videos, captions, and blog posts that reflect our brand’s aesthetic and values.
• Community Management: Monitor, moderate, and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across all social media channels. Foster a positive and interactive online community by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Campaign Execution: Plan, coordinate, and oversee social media campaigns, including influencer partnerships, promotions, and paid advertising. Ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and deliver measurable results.
• Analytics & Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, analyze trends, and generate detailed reports. Provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. Recommend innovative approaches to keep NK INTERIORS at the forefront of digital marketing.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the design, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. A certification in digital marketing or social media management is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably within the interior design, retail, or lifestyle industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social), graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
• Creative & Analytical Abilities: Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making to achieve business goals.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English. Ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and platforms.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
