About the Role

We are seeking a polished, professional, and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join the launch team of one of Azure’s most anticipated and expansive residential projects. This role is pivotal in shaping the first impressions of residents, guests, and visitors, as the Receptionist will serve as the welcoming face of the community. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, delivering outstanding service while supporting the operational efficiency of the front desk and community management.

Key Responsibilities

• First Impressions: Greet residents, guests, and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness, ensuring a positive and lasting first impression.
• Customer Service Excellence: Address inquiries, requests, and concerns with promptness and accuracy, providing solutions that exceed expectations.
• Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming calls, visitor access, appointment scheduling, and general inquiries with efficiency and discretion.
• Information Hub: Offer detailed and accurate information about community amenities, services, events, and facilities to enhance resident satisfaction.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless handling of resident requests, from maintenance to concierge services.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain precise records, follow established protocols, and assist with resident onboarding, access registration, and other front-office tasks.
• Conflict Resolution: Handle complaints and service requests with diplomacy and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Brand Representation: Uphold the highest standards of appearance, communication, and hospitality to reflect Azure’s commitment to premium living.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years in reception, front office, hospitality, customer service, or a comparable role.
• Skills:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on interpersonal excellence.
  • Professional demeanor, polished appearance, and a naturally welcoming personality.
  • Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments while maintaining composure.
  • Organizational acumen and problem-solving capabilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in residential communities, luxury hospitality, hotels, or premium customer-service settings.
