Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Kony Quantum Developer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge mobile and web applications using the Kony Quantum platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Kony Quantum’s capabilities, including its low-code development environment, integration frameworks, and enterprise-grade scalability solutions. As a Kony Quantum Developer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions that align with our organization’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy high-performance mobile and web applications using the Kony Quantum platform, ensuring adherence to best practices in software development, security, and performance optimization.
• Integration & Architecture: Architect and implement robust integration solutions that connect Kony Quantum applications with enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party services, leveraging REST, SOAP, and other protocols.
• UI/UX Collaboration: Work alongside UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and design mockups into responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user experience across multiple devices and platforms.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing, to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of Kony Quantum applications before deployment.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze application performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance speed, efficiency, and resource utilization.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, while mentoring junior developers and contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed technical documentation for all developed solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Kony Quantum, mobile development trends, and enterprise technology landscapes to drive innovation and recommend improvements to existing solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Technical Proficiency: Proven experience in developing applications using the Kony Quantum platform, including hands-on expertise in its low-code development environment, JavaScript, and backend integrations.
• Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and familiarity with backend languages such as Java, Node.js, or Python.
• Integration Expertise: Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and enterprise integration patterns to connect disparate systems.
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications in Kony Quantum, mobile development, or enterprise architecture are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in mobile and web application development, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience using the Kony Quantum platform.
