Key Responsibilities

In this strategic role, your responsibilities will include:

• Sales & Market Growth: Collaborate with healthcare professionals—including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital teams—to promote Hikma’s pharmaceutical products, ensuring alignment with sales targets and marketing objectives. Utilize persuasive communication and industry insights to drive prescription adoption and product utilization.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts by organizing appointments, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering tailored presentations. Stay informed about the latest medical trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to anticipate opportunities and address client needs effectively.
• Market Intelligence & Prospecting: Conduct thorough research to identify new healthcare providers, hospitals, and pharmacies, expanding Hikma’s reach within the Alqassim region. Monitor competitor performance and market trends to refine strategies and enhance product positioning.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Assess sales targets, document activities, and provide regular performance updates to supervisors. Prepare detailed reports on territory coverage, product performance, and customer feedback to support data-driven decision-making.
• Compliance & Ethical Conduct: Adhere to all company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards to ensure professional integrity and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this position, we seek candidates with:

• Education: A Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Pharmacy or a related healthcare discipline.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical representation, or a comparable field. Prior experience in the Saudi Arabian healthcare sector is a plus.
