Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Market Expansion: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams, to promote Hikma’s product portfolio and achieve defined sales targets through targeted outreach, appointments, and educational initiatives.
• Territory Management: Ensure comprehensive coverage of your assigned territory by organizing visits, monitoring product availability, and tracking performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends by gathering and analyzing competitor data, monitoring market dynamics, and leveraging insights to anticipate new opportunities and refine Hikma’s market strategy.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare accurate, timely, and detailed sales reports, documenting activities, performance metrics, and feedback to support data-driven decision-making and territory planning.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Pharmacy, ensuring a strong foundation in pharmaceutical sciences and healthcare principles.
• Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience in medical representation, pharmaceutical sales, or a related field. Prior experience in the healthcare sector, particularly within the MENA region, is a significant advantage.
