Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for executing critical operations with precision and expertise. Your core duties will include:

• Operational Execution: Operating and monitoring coiled tubing units, injector heads, reels, and associated control systems to ensure seamless functionality and adherence to production schedules.
• Real-Time Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing key operational parameters such as tubing depth, weight, pump rates, and well pressure to maintain optimal performance and safety.
• Pre-Job Preparation: Conducting thorough pre-job inspections, function tests, and pressure testing of equipment to verify operational readiness and compliance with industry standards.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Performing basic maintenance tasks and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.
• Safety and Compliance: Leading risk assessments and ensuring strict adherence to Baker Hughes and customer HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols to safeguard personnel and assets.
• Data Management: Accurately recording operational data and compiling detailed job reports for customers to facilitate transparency and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborating closely with customers, rig crews, and other service providers to align objectives and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Team Development: Mentoring operators and junior personnel to uphold high operational standards and foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Your Expertise and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of technical proficiency, operational experience, and a commitment to safety. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in coiled tubing operations and oilfield services, with a deep understanding of coiled tubing equipment and pressure control systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Nitrogen pumping, well intervention operations, and HSE procedures, including risk management and compliance protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
• A proactive approach to mentorship and team leadership, ensuring the development of junior personnel and the maintenance of high operational standards.
