Role Overview

Join our forward-thinking IT Operations team as an IT Support Co-op Trainee, where you will immerse yourself in a corporate IT environment while gaining invaluable hands-on experience. Key Responsibilities

Under the guidance of seasoned IT professionals, your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of technical and operational tasks, including:

• Network Monitoring and Support: Gain exposure to the organization’s local network topology, setup, and infrastructure. Conduct routine network monitoring to uphold high uptime standards and proactively identify potential issues within both office and BTQ environments.
• Cybersecurity Awareness: Align with the organization’s cybersecurity protocols and standards. Develop concise, visually engaging one-page guides tailored to cybersecurity best practices, specifically designed for users in the KSA market.
• First-Line Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and operating systems for local users, ensuring minimal disruption to productivity.
• Workstation Preparation: Configure, image, and deploy laptops and workstations for new hires and hardware refreshes in strict adherence to company standards.
• Service Desk Management: Monitor, log, and update IT support tickets with precision, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining clear, professional communication with end-users throughout the process.
• Meeting Room & AV Support: Maintain and troubleshoot video conferencing systems in collaborative spaces, guaranteeing that meeting room technology operates flawlessly for seamless communication.
• Mobile Device Management: Assist in the enrollment, configuration, and management of corporate mobile devices, ensuring they meet security and operational requirements.
• Documentation: Contribute to the enhancement of the internal IT knowledge base by updating articles and user guides, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Apple/Android Device Enrollment Programs (DEP): Facilitate automated device deployment for new hires and hardware refreshes.
• Click Share & Poly X50: Set up and troubleshoot smart meeting room videoconferencing systems to enhance collaborative workspaces.
