Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance by thoroughly reviewing contractor plans, procedures, and logic sequences to ensure alignment with project requirements and industry best practices.
• Inspection and Testing Oversight: Actively participate in and approve inspections and tests, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines while maintaining rigorous documentation.
• Proactive Problem-Solving: Utilize your extensive experience in Testing & Commissioning to anticipate and mitigate potential issues, minimizing delays and optimizing project outcomes.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, contractors, and project stakeholders to integrate diverse interfaces into a cohesive and high-performing system.
• Testing and Verification: Witness critical hold points during commissioning activities, maintain a real-time dashboard tracking progress across testing stages, and independently verify OEM data through detailed calculations.
• Commissioning Documentation: Review and validate contractor/OEM commissioning procedures, performance test reports, and PT (Pre-Commissioning Test) procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Performance Validation: Conduct independent performance test calculations to confirm the integrity of OEM data, contributing to the overall reliability and efficiency of the power plant systems.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or an equivalent qualification) is required, reflecting a strong foundation in engineering principles and technical problem-solving.
• Proven experience in the commissioning of Open/Close Cycle Gas Turbine projects, with a track record of successfully managing complex testing phases and stakeholder coordination.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to perform independent calculations and verify technical data to ensure precision and compliance.
• A collaborative mindset with demonstrated experience working in multi-disciplinary teams and high-pressure environments, where clear communication and leadership are essential.
