Key Responsibilities

As the Social Media & Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the brand to life through engaging and visually striking content. Your responsibilities will include:

• Content Creation & Editing: Develop and refine social media content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, ensuring alignment with brand identity and audience engagement.
• Video Production: Capture, film, and edit short-form video content, including Reels, Stories, and event highlights, to showcase the energy and impact of fitness classes, trainers, and corporate wellness initiatives.
• Event Coverage: Attend in-person sessions, events, and activations across Riyadh to document and produce photo and video content that reflects the brand’s presence and community involvement.
• Creative Execution: Transform creative briefs, campaign concepts, and strategic direction into polished, on-brand social media content that resonates with target audiences.
• Planning & Copywriting: Collaborate on content strategy, assist in scheduling posts, and craft captions that embody the brand’s voice while driving engagement and conversions.
• Design & Asset Creation: Produce visually compelling graphics, event visuals, presentations, and other digital assets to support marketing initiatives and enhance brand visibility.
• Content Management: Organize and maintain content libraries, editable design files, and repurpose existing assets to maximize reach and efficiency across multiple platforms.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in design and video production, coupled with a passion for the fitness and wellness industry. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Design Proficiency: Hands-on experience with professional design tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Procreate, with a keen eye for aesthetics and branding.
• Video Editing Skills: Expertise in video editing software, including CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro, to produce high-quality, engaging content.
• Industry Experience: A background in fitness, wellness, sports, health, lifestyle, hospitality, personal training, or events, with a deep understanding of industry trends and audience preferences.
• Independent Work Style: Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, while remaining adaptable and responsive to evolving project demands and client interactions.
• On-Site Availability: Comfortable working in a hybrid model, with the flexibility to travel across Riyadh for filming, events, and client engagements as needed.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in Arabic considered a significant advantage for broader market reach and engagement.
