Position Overview

As a Sales Specialist (B2B) designated for persons with disabilities, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Extreme Delight Chocolate’s presence in the Saudi market. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and offers flexible or hybrid working arrangements where operationally feasible. The role is specifically tailored to support individuals with disabilities, in alignment with Article 28 of the Saudi Labor Law and the Mowaamah standards set by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD).

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business-to-business (B2B) clients within the chocolate and confectionery sector, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Account Management: Oversee and grow existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and tailored solutions.
• Client Engagement: Present products, conduct product tastings, and negotiate terms with corporate clients, hotels, restaurants, and distributors to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Product Promotion: Champion bulk chocolate offerings, seasonal collections, and customized gifting solutions to meet diverse client needs.
• CRM Management: Accurately document contracts, quotations, and client communications within the company’s CRM system (Odoo) to maintain organized and accessible records.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and submit monthly sales reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Eligibility: Open to registered individuals with disabilities, with any category of disability compatible with the essential duties of the role. Saudi nationals are preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of one year in sales or customer-facing roles; prior experience in the food or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector is advantageous. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
• Language Skills: Strong communication skills in Arabic; basic proficiency in English is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office applications; training on CRM systems will be provided.

Compensation & Benefits

In accordance with the Saudi Labor Law, this position offers:
