Full Stack Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Full Stack Developer with expertise in modern web development, the .NET framework, and the Microsoft Power Platform. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-grade application solutions that seamlessly integrate traditional custom code with low-code/no-code platforms. Your work will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to automate business processes, architect robust APIs, and deliver high-performance frontend and backend applications tailored to meet user and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Development: Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient full stack applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, and Entity Framework for backend services, alongside modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Microsoft Power Platform Integration: Develop custom solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), automate workflows with Power Automate, and create insightful dashboards using Power BI to enhance business productivity and decision-making.
• API Development & Integration: Architect and maintain RESTful APIs, integrate with enterprise systems such as Dynamics 365, and ensure seamless data flow across applications using Dataverse Web API and custom connectors.
• Database Management & Optimization: Design, optimize, and maintain relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL) with a focus on performance, data integrity, and security through effective indexing, query optimization, and data modeling.
• Cloud & DevOps Practices: Deploy and manage applications on Azure cloud services, including App Services, Azure Functions, and Key Vault, while implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions to ensure rapid, reliable, and automated software delivery.
• Custom Control Development: Build and deploy custom Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls using TypeScript to extend the functionality of Power Apps and enhance user experience within enterprise applications.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to align technical solutions with business objectives, and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) or Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) are highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional full stack development experience, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade applications.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, including the creation of custom PCF controls, Dataverse administration, and integration with ERP/CRM systems such as Dynamics 365.

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Backend Development: Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Frontend Development: Strong command of modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js), HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and TypeScript.
• Power Platform Expertise: Extensive experience developing custom solutions on Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, with a deep understanding of Dataverse administration and security roles.
• Database Management: Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, including data modeling, indexing, and writing complex SQL queries.
• Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with Azure cloud services (App Services, Azure Functions, Key Vault) and CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Dataverse & PCF Controls: Strong understanding of Dataverse Web API and the ability to develop custom Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls using TypeScript to extend application functionality.
