Your Role as Finance Manager

As the Finance Manager for Le Café LPM in Al Khobar, you will serve as the guardian of the restaurant’s financial integrity, overseeing all fiscal operations from daily reporting to long-term strategic financial planning. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will be the sole finance professional on-site, responsible for establishing robust financial controls, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering accurate, timely financial insights. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the financial foundation of our newest location, setting the stage for operational success and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• KSA Regulatory Compliance: Spearhead the implementation and ongoing management of ZATCA e-invoicing (Fatoora) requirements, oversee VAT and Zakat filings, and ensure strict adherence to WPS and GOSI labor compliance standards.
• Operational F&B Financial Oversight: Monitor and analyze food, beverage, and prime costs with precision, collaborating closely with the culinary team to implement effective inventory control measures and minimize shrinkage.
• Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and manage pre-opening capital expenditure (Capex) and furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) budgets, while maintaining rolling cash flow forecasts to support the financial health of the new location.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary financial liaison to the General Manager, providing strategic guidance and actionable insights. Maintain a collaborative relationship with the LPM Global Finance team, ensuring alignment with broader corporate financial objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with a minimum of five years of experience in financial management, including at least three years dedicated to the hospitality or high-end food and beverage sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep, hands-on understanding of KSA tax regulations and proficiency in financial systems such as Sun Systems or ERP platforms.
