We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager - Technical Infrastructure Specialist to join our dynamic team at Datamatics Technologies in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our technical infrastructure to ensure seamless operations, robust security, and scalable performance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise-level infrastructure, cloud technologies, and IT governance, coupled with strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Leadership: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cutting-edge technical infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and virtualization platforms. Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance across all systems.
• Cloud and Hybrid Solutions: Develop and execute strategies for cloud migration, hybrid cloud environments, and multi-cloud architectures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud services with on-premise infrastructure for optimal efficiency.
• IT Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 27001, ITIL, and GDPR.
• Team Management: Supervise a team of technical specialists, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders. Negotiate contracts, manage SLAs, and ensure timely delivery of IT services and solutions.
• Security and Risk Management: Develop and implement robust security measures to protect the organization’s data, systems, and networks. Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to mitigate potential threats.
• Budget and Resource Optimization: Oversee the planning, allocation, and optimization of IT budgets and resources. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or performance.
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Design and implement comprehensive disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies to minimize downtime and ensure rapid recovery in the event of disruptions.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven track record in designing and managing enterprise-level infrastructure environments.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, server and storage technologies, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools is a plus.
• Leadership and Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive alignment with business objectives.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving infrastructure challenges before they escalate.
