Your Role: Shaping the Future of Talent at MS Pharma

As the Talent Management Officer, you will be instrumental in designing and executing strategies that enhance our talent acquisition, onboarding, and development processes. Your responsibilities will span the entire talent lifecycle, ensuring we build a high-performing, engaged, and compliant workforce. Key duties include:

• Strategic Talent Acquisition: Lead the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to screening, interview coordination, and communication—all while adhering to MS Pharma’s rigorous Talent Acquisition policies and procedures.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Maintain and analyze recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and pipeline reports to identify trends and optimize hiring strategies. Utilize advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Management Systems (HRMS) to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Seamless Onboarding: Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including document collection, contract management, system access, and IT coordination. Collaborate with departments to ensure a smooth transition for new employees and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation.
• Talent Pipeline Development: Actively contribute to talent mapping and employer branding initiatives to build a robust pipeline of future talent. Engage with internal teams to identify high-potential employees and nurture their growth within the organization.
• Performance and Development: Support the implementation of performance management systems, including appraisal cycles and documentation. Assist in designing and administering training programs to foster skill development and career advancement.
• Employee Engagement and Compliance: Play a key role in employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and related activities to ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• HR Reporting and Support: Prepare HR reports and maintain up-to-date employee data to support strategic decision-making. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.

What You Bring to the Table

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a passion for human resources and talent development. To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a keen interest in talent management and organizational development.
• 0-3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. Familiarity with ATS, HRMS, and Microsoft Office applications is essential.
• Proven ability to source, screen, and onboard talent efficiently while maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English to engage with diverse stakeholders.
