Your Role: Elevating Guest Experiences with Excellence

As a Recreation Attendant, you will be the face of hospitality at our luxury resort, ensuring every guest’s experience is seamless, memorable, and tailored to their preferences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Guest Engagement and Personalized Service: Actively connect with guests to anticipate and fulfill their needs, from issuing towels and chaise lounge covers to assisting with poolside setups and cabana arrangements. Your warm, attentive approach will set the tone for exceptional service.
• Maintaining Premium Standards: Uphold the highest levels of cleanliness, ambiance, and organization in pool and recreation areas. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure a pristine, inviting environment that reflects our upscale brand.
• Promoting Wellness and Revenue Growth: Leverage your knowledge of wellness amenities, activities, and hotel features to upsell services and maximize guest satisfaction. Seize every opportunity to enhance their stay while contributing to the hotel’s success.
