About The Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and knowledgeable HR & Admin Specialist to oversee all human resources, government compliance, and administrative functions for our Riyadh office. As the primary point of contact on the ground, you will be responsible for processing HR and government transactions with precision and timeliness, maintaining statutory documentation, and ensuring the office operates efficiently. This role demands a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses an in-depth understanding of Saudi labor laws, and takes pride in delivering flawless results from the outset.

Key Responsibilities

The HR & Admin Specialist will play a multifaceted role, encompassing the following core responsibilities:

  • Government & Statutory Compliance:
    • Process all employee lifecycle transactions through government platforms, including Qiwa (employment contracts, work permits, establishment management, and Saudization certificates), GOSI (registrations, monthly contributions, and employee additions/removals), and Muqeem/Absher (Iqama issuance and renewals, exit/re-entry visas, and dependent management).
    • Administer employee health insurance in accordance with company policy, including enrolments, renewals, additions and removals, and resolving employee queries.
    • Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee records and ensure all transactions adhere to labor law and regulatory deadlines.
    • Prepare and maintain official documentation such as contracts, letters, attestations, and other required paperwork.
  • Office & Administrative Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities management, utilities, supplies procurement, and vendor coordination to ensure a smooth and cost-effective workplace.
    • Manage service contracts and office accounts, serving as the primary liaison with building management and external suppliers.
    • Complete and process routine forms and applications, including those for new suppliers, vendors, insurance, and other administrative requirements.
  • Employee Experience & Engagement:
    • Enhance the employee experience by organizing and executing team activities, celebrations, and engagement initiatives.
    • Manage office merchandise from sourcing to distribution, ensuring a cohesive and professional office environment.
    • Act as the approachable and reliable point of contact for new hires and existing team members, fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.

What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you will bring the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Must-Haves:
    • Saudi national with a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
    • 3–4 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or a related field, preferably within fintech, financial services, or high-growth companies.
    • In-depth, hands-on expertise with government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher, Taqat, and health insurance processes.
    • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring no deadlines or documents are overlooked.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across HR, compliance, administration, and employee experience.
    • Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential employee and company information.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Familiarity with ZATCA processes, including Zakat and withholding tax, as well as payroll documentation.
    • Prior experience in a fast-scaling company or fintech environment.
