Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with company objectives, including market penetration, product diversification, and geographic expansion.
• Revenue Optimization: Identify and capitalize on revenue-generating opportunities through pricing strategies, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives to maximize profitability.
• Customer Acquisition & Retention: Lead initiatives to attract new customers while enhancing retention rates through targeted marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and exceptional customer experiences.
• Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research to assess industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, providing actionable insights to guide decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, product, and operational teams to align growth initiatives with overall business goals, ensuring seamless execution and measurable outcomes.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and conversion rates, presenting data-driven reports to senior leadership on a regular basis.
• Innovation & Experimentation: Drive a culture of innovation by testing new growth tactics, A/B testing campaigns, and leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead of market trends.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and key clients, to foster collaboration and mutual growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in growth management, business development, or a similar strategic role.
• Proven expertise in developing and executing growth strategies with a track record of achieving measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics) and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and social media strategies is highly desirable.
