Your expertise will be instrumental in coordinating between consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure all elements—from design approvals to material procurement—are synchronized for a smooth construction workflow. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Project Planning and Scheduling: Provide comprehensive project planning and scheduling support, managing small teams of planners to ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables. Develop and maintain detailed schedules—spanning pre-design, design, tender, procurement, construction, and completion phases—while aligning them with contractual requirements and internal planning procedures.
• Resource and Cost Management: Analyze project requirements to prepare resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules, including manpower, material, and submittal timelines. Generate resource histograms to visualize workload distribution and optimize resource allocation across project phases.
• Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Evaluate project progress through updated status reports, comparing actual performance against contractual schedules to provide accurate forecasts and performance assessments. Prepare monthly schedule updates and progress monitoring reports for submission to clients and management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the liaison between project managers, subcontractors, and external authorities to resolve scheduling conflicts, align interfaces, and ensure seamless collaboration. Facilitate progress and coordination meetings to address challenges proactively and keep all parties informed of project status.
