Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Governance & Compliance: Develop and oversee internal control frameworks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and international financial standards (e.g., IFRS, SOX). Lead audits, risk assessments, and remediation efforts to maintain operational integrity and compliance.
• Strategic Reporting: Design and implement scalable reporting systems that provide real-time financial insights, enabling data-driven decision-making for leadership and business units. Enhance financial transparency through automated dashboards and KPI tracking.
• Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate financial and operational risks by collaborating with risk management teams and business stakeholders. Implement controls to safeguard assets and ensure process efficiency.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with regional finance teams, internal auditors, and external auditors to align reporting practices and control measures with global PepsiCo standards. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on financial strategy and risk mitigation.
• Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in financial processes by leveraging technology (e.g., ERP systems, analytics tools) to reduce manual efforts, enhance accuracy, and improve reporting timelines.
• Regulatory & Strategic Alignment: Stay abreast of evolving financial regulations in the Middle East and align local practices with PepsiCo’s global compliance framework. Support initiatives that enhance financial performance and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or CPA/CMA) is a significant advantage.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in financial control, reporting, or internal audit roles within a multinational corporation or large enterprise.
• Deep expertise in financial compliance, risk management, and internal control frameworks, with experience in IFRS, SOX, or similar regulatory environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings to senior management.
• Technical proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), financial modeling tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of the Saudi business landscape.
