Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team at Mobio Transfers in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic IT Leadership: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company’s goals, ensuring robust and scalable technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage systems, and cloud services, to guarantee high availability, security, and performance.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a talented IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement while ensuring professional growth and skill development.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance: Establish and enforce robust cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices to safeguard sensitive data, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with external vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to evaluate, procure, and integrate technology solutions that meet business needs while optimizing costs and performance.
• Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI while balancing operational demands and strategic initiatives.
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and alignment with business objectives.
• Technology Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential to drive innovation, improve processes, and enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CCNA) are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive IT management experience, with a proven track record in leading IT teams and managing complex IT environments in a corporate setting.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), cybersecurity frameworks, networking, and enterprise software solutions.
• Leadership & Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical abilities to assess technology needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop data-driven strategies that align with business goals.
