Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive country-specific Medical Affairs strategy, aligning with global medical goals to optimize scientific exchange and enhance patient outcomes.
• Translate global medical strategies into actionable tactics, ensuring seamless integration with local healthcare initiatives and regulatory frameworks.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with scientific leaders, researchers, and healthcare professionals through peer-to-peer engagements, collaborative research, and educational partnerships.
• Provide evidence-based, non-promotional scientific information that adheres to company standards and local regulations, fostering trust and credibility.
• Lead Group Input Meetings to consolidate medical insights and inform strategic decision-making for the organization.
• Design and execute high-impact scientific educational programs that position our company as a trusted partner in the scientific community.
• Support clinical research activities, including the identification of suitable local sites and investigators for global and regional studies.
• Deliver specialized medical training to Commercial, Access, Sales, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment with scientific best practices.
• Assist in patient access initiatives pre-launch and provide timely reporting and analysis of adverse events in collaboration with the Pharmacovigilance team.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• A qualification as a Physician or Pharmacist, with a deep understanding of medical and scientific principles.
• At least 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within a Medical Affairs department.
• Proven experience in the vaccines therapy area, with a focus on infectious diseases.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and networking skills, enabling you to engage confidently with scientific leaders and stakeholders.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for effective documentation and reporting.
• A strong foundation in strategic thinking, adaptability, and professional integrity, with an emphasis on ethical and compliant practices.
