As the Lead Field Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical implementation of architectural finishes on-site, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. This position demands a blend of technical acumen, leadership, and problem-solving skills to guide teams, manage complex projects, and deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will:

• Lead Technical Execution: Direct the on-site implementation of architectural finishes, ensuring alignment with architectural designs, client requirements, and industry best practices. Oversee quality control processes to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and material application.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of finishes with overall project objectives. Act as a bridge between design intent and practical execution, resolving technical challenges and optimizing workflows.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior engineers and field technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. Provide expert guidance on material selection, application techniques, and troubleshooting to ensure project success.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to address technical queries, provide expert insights, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Present technical solutions clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Innovation and Compliance: Stay abreast of the latest trends in architectural finishes, sustainable materials, and industry regulations. Implement innovative solutions that enhance project outcomes while ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
• Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to proactively address issues and maintain project momentum.

What we look for:

• A proven track record as a Field Engineer or similar role within the architectural or construction industry, with a focus on finishes and materials.
• Extensive experience in managing on-site technical teams and delivering complex architectural projects within tight deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural finishes, including materials such as stone, glass, metal, and composite systems, as well as their application techniques.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive collaborative solutions.
• Familiarity with industry software tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM platforms, is a significant advantage.
• A commitment to sustainability and innovation in architectural design and construction practices.
• Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable given the location in Riyadh.
