Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of field engineers, providing guidance on materials testing, inspection, and quality control procedures to ensure adherence to international standards such as ASTM, ISO, and local regulations.
• Project Oversight: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements for materials, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections, sampling, and testing of materials (e.g., concrete, steel, asphalt) to verify compliance with contractual and regulatory mandates, minimizing risks and ensuring project integrity.
• Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical challenges related to materials performance, offering data-driven solutions to optimize project outcomes and mitigate delays.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed technical reports, test results, and compliance documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability for all field activities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between field teams, clients, and corporate offices, fostering clear communication and collaboration to drive project success.
• Training and Development: Upskill field personnel through workshops, training sessions, and mentorship, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and technical proficiency.
