As the Lead Field Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving excellence in structural design, construction oversight, and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor field engineers, ensuring adherence to structural design principles, industry best practices, and project specifications.
• Project Oversight: Supervise on-site activities, coordinate with contractors, and monitor progress to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of structural components.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections, audits, and reviews to verify compliance with engineering standards, safety protocols, and client requirements.
• Client Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical expertise, resolving challenges, and ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure projects are executed with minimal disruptions or delays.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, prepare progress reports, and present findings to senior management and clients.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in structural engineering, propose innovative solutions, and contribute to process enhancements.

Qualifications and Experience:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in structural engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Proven expertise in structural design, analysis, and construction oversight for infrastructure, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural codes, standards (e.g., ACI, Eurocodes, Saudi ARAMCO standards), and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with structural software tools such as ETABs, SAP2000, AutoCAD, or Revit is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Certifications in structural engineering or project management are highly desirable.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
