Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee electrical field engineering activities, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct on-site inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to verify performance and compliance with project deliverables.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, provide expert solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges efficiently.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, progress updates, and documentation to support project management and client communications.
• Ensure all field operations align with company policies, industry best practices, and client expectations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams to address technical inquiries and project-related concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in electrical field engineering, with a strong background in project execution and leadership.
• Proven expertise in electrical installations, testing, and commissioning for industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with relevant standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, local Saudi regulations) and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical scenarios and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
