As a key member of WSP’s Infrastructure team, you will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring seamless coordination between technical, commercial, and operational teams. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions—from transportation and utilities to energy and water—that align with national visionary goals. This role demands a strategic mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven ability to navigate complex project environments while fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholders.

In this position, you will:

• Lead and oversee infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while mitigating risks proactively.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies to align project objectives with strategic business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement robust project management methodologies, leveraging industry best practices and advanced tools to enhance efficiency and deliverability.
• Drive stakeholder engagement by fostering transparent communication, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure compliance with international and local standards, sustainability frameworks, and corporate policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the project environment.
• Leverage data-driven insights to optimize project performance, resource allocation, and cost management, ensuring value for both clients and stakeholders.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience in infrastructure project management, demonstrating a track record of successfully delivering large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects. Proficiency in project management frameworks such as PRINCE2, PMI, or Agile methodologies is highly advantageous. Strong technical acumen in infrastructure domains—such as civil, transportation, or utilities—alongside excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, will further enhance your ability to excel in this role.
