Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

• Program Design and Strategy: Develop and refine mentorship frameworks that align with industry best practices and Noon Academy’s educational goals. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design programs tailored to diverse learner needs, from entry-level professionals to seasoned experts.
• Mentor and Mentee Matching: Implement robust matching algorithms and processes to pair mentors and mentees based on career goals, skill levels, and professional backgrounds. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience that fosters trust and engagement from day one.
• Program Delivery and Oversight: Oversee the execution of mentorship initiatives, including virtual workshops, one-on-one sessions, and group coaching activities. Monitor progress, gather feedback, and continuously optimize the program to enhance participant outcomes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal teams, including curriculum developers, career services, and alumni networks, to integrate mentorship into broader learning pathways. Act as a liaison between mentors, mentees, and Noon Academy leadership to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Performance Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, skill development milestones, and career advancement outcomes. Present data-driven insights to leadership to inform program improvements and resource allocation.
• Community Building: Cultivate a vibrant mentorship community by organizing networking events, peer learning sessions, and success stories showcases. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and collaboration among participants.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in mentorship program management, career coaching, or educational leadership—preferably in a corporate, academic, or nonprofit setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of learners.
