Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Ensure Financial Accuracy: Record and process daily financial transactions with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date accounting records that reflect the financial health of our operations.
• Support Core Accounting Functions: Prepare and execute journal entries, assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to uphold financial precision.
• Monitor and Resolve Financial Activities: Actively track outstanding payments and invoices, ensuring timely resolution and seamless cash flow management.
• Contribute to Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing actionable insights that drive informed business strategies.
• Facilitate Closing Processes: Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.
• Manage Employee Expenses: Maintain accurate records of employee expenses and reimbursements, adhering to company policies and ensuring transparency.
• Organize Financial Documentation: Implement robust filing systems to ensure all financial documents are properly organized, accessible, and compliant with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with Audit Teams: Assist in fulfilling internal and external audit requirements, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure Compliance: Support tax, VAT, and statutory compliance activities, mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks.
