As a **VMware vRealize Automation Specialist**, you will be at the forefront of cloud automation, ensuring seamless provisioning, lifecycle management, and integration with modern DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Designing and Developing scalable vRealize Automation solutions tailored to meet evolving business and client requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Overseeing and Maintaining vRealize Automation environments, including upgrades, patches, and performance optimizations to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Automating Infrastructure Provisioning for virtual machines, containers, and applications, reducing manual intervention and accelerating deployment cycles.
• Integrating vRealize Automation with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible, as well as CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), to streamline DevOps workflows.
• Collaborating with Development and Operations Teams to foster a culture of automation, ensuring seamless integration between vRA and DevOps methodologies.
• Enhancing Infrastructure Efficiency by automating IT service delivery, policy enforcement, and lifecycle management processes.
• Troubleshooting and Resolving complex issues within VMware environments, providing proactive solutions to minimize downtime.
• Documenting Processes and configurations to establish a knowledge base that supports continuous improvement and team onboarding.
• Staying Ahead of Industry Trends by continuously upskilling in VMware technologies, cloud computing, and automation frameworks.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• A **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• **Minimum 3 years of experience** with VMware vRealize Automation or comparable VMware solutions.
• Proven expertise in **virtualization technologies** and cloud computing principles, with a strong understanding of IaC and DevOps practices.
• **VMware Aria Automation: Install, Configure, Manage [V8.10] certification**, along with proficiency in scripting languages such as **Python, Bash, and PowerShell**.
• Experience with **Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes**, as well as familiarity with **Git and CI/CD pipelines** (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Ability to **design and implement automation workflows** for infrastructure provisioning and service catalog management.
• Experience integrating **vRA with third-party IaC and CI/CD tools** to enhance operational workflows.
• Availability for **8x5 work hours**, including on-call support, with a strong commitment to automation-driven problem-solving.
• Exceptional **collaboration skills** to work effectively with development, operations, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong **troubleshooting and analytical abilities** to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Excellent **communication skills** to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• **Saudi National status** is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following will be highly valued:

• Additional **VMware certifications** (e.g., VCP, VCAP) to validate advanced expertise.
• Experience with **networking and storage technologies** in virtualized environments.
