• Patient Education and Care: Empower patients with essential knowledge on contact lens maintenance, usage, and safety protocols. • Commercial Leadership: Collaborate closely with the sales team to convert prescriptions into sales opportunities, recommending premium lenses and upgrades to maximize value for patients. Drive store performance by contributing to targets and minimizing lost prescriptions through strategic recommendations.
• Team Development: Mentor and train staff on product knowledge, eye care best practices, and clinical procedures to elevate overall team performance. Share expertise to ensure consistency in service quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Operational Integrity: Maintain strict adherence to clinical, regulatory, and company policies, including hygiene and safety protocols for the clinic area. Regularly assess trial lenses for validity, safety, and usability to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience
