Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine long-term strategic plans in alignment with Rasan’s business objectives, ensuring alignment with market trends and industry best practices.
• Conduct in-depth market and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and measurable outcomes.
• Leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to support evidence-based decision-making and performance optimization.
• Advise senior leadership on strategic priorities, resource allocation, and organizational transformation initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a **Strategy Manager** or in a similar senior strategic role, with a minimum of **7+ years** in strategy development and execution.
• Strong background in **business strategy, market analysis, and competitive intelligence**, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
