In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success—to align product strategy with market demands, business objectives, and technological advancements. Your expertise will be instrumental in defining product features, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring seamless integration of ERP functionalities tailored for the food and beverage sector.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

• Strategic Leadership: Drive the product vision and roadmap for Foodics ERP, ensuring alignment with industry trends, customer needs, and business growth goals.
• Market & Customer Insights: Conduct in-depth market research, analyze competitor landscapes, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation.
• Roadmap Execution: Define and prioritize product features, milestones, and releases, collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging, go-to-market strategies, and customer adoption of Foodics ERP.
• Performance & Metrics: Track and analyze product performance, KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics to drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
• Innovation & Scalability: Foster a culture of innovation by exploring emerging technologies and scalability solutions to future-proof Foodics ERP for global expansion.

Qualifications & Skills:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager with:

• A proven track record of leading product strategy and execution in ERP or enterprise software, preferably within the food, beverage, or supply chain industries.
• Deep expertise in ERP systems, cloud-based solutions, and industry-specific compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a significant advantage.
