• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in development workflows, infrastructure management, and collaboration tools, proposing and executing improvements to enhance productivity and scalability.
• Training and Enablement: Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to empower developers, engineers, and stakeholders with the skills and tools needed to adhere to high standards and leverage cutting-edge technologies.
