Key Responsibilities:

You will play a central role in the following critical functions:

• Strategic Project Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the planning, design, and execution of complex infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, and related systems, ensuring alignment with Vision 2030 objectives.
• Technical Excellence: Conduct rigorous technical reviews of project designs, specifications, and methodologies to validate compliance with international and local engineering standards, regulations, and best practices.
• On-Site Oversight: Perform comprehensive site inspections to monitor progress, assess quality, and ensure adherence to engineering standards, construction protocols, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with project managers, architects, contractors, and government agencies to facilitate seamless communication, resolve technical challenges, and drive project objectives with precision.
• Documentation & Reporting: Author detailed technical reports, feasibility studies, and compliance documentation to inform decision-making and ensure transparency for all stakeholders.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential technical, operational, and logistical risks early in the project lifecycle and develop proactive mitigation strategies to safeguard timelines, budgets, and project integrity.
• Mentorship & Support: Provide expert guidance to junior engineers and project teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

To thrive in this role, you must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline, with a strong academic foundation in infrastructure systems.
• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering, project management, and construction oversight, with a proven track record in delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure design principles, modern construction techniques, and regulatory frameworks, including those governing Saudi Arabia’s infrastructure development.
• Proficiency in industry-leading engineering software, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and advanced project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex challenges and devise innovative, sustainable solutions.
• A detail-oriented mindset, ensuring meticulous adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards at every project stage.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders while maintaining clarity and professionalism.
