We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contract Administration Staff (Saudi National) to join our esteemed Project Management, Cost Management (PMCM) team. Key Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our project contracts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Contractual Compliance and Administration: Ensure all contractual requirements, notices, submissions, and approvals are meticulously managed, recorded, and tracked in alignment with project procedures and contractual terms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Commercial, Cost, Contracts, Planning, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Project Controls, and Project Management teams to align contractual activities with project objectives.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date contract registers, correspondence logs, and variation/change registers to support transparency and accountability.
- Variations and Claims Management: Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of variations, change orders, and claims, ensuring adherence to contractual timelines and requirements.
- Deadline and Compliance Monitoring: Track contractual deadlines, monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance, and escalate overdue actions to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Risk Identification and Mitigation: Review contractual documentation to identify potential risks, obligations, and opportunities, contributing to proactive decision-making.
- Reporting and Analytics: Support the preparation of contractual reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes, providing actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Organizational Excellence: Maintain an auditable contract administration system, ensuring all records are preserved for future reference, claims, and compliance audits.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a candidate with a strong academic background and a proven track record in contract administration within the construction, infrastructure, or engineering sectors. Ideal candidates will possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration, with a preference for experience on major airport, infrastructure, transportation, or large-scale development projects.
- Expertise in construction contracts, including variations, claims, extensions of time (EOT), notices, and correspondence management.
- Familiarity with FIDIC or other major construction contract forms is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions that align with contractual and project goals.
