In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with fitness influencers, retail partners, and sales teams to execute high-impact campaigns that resonate with health-conscious consumers. Your strategic mindset and creative approach will be instrumental in positioning AmCan’s premium sports nutrition and wellness products as leaders in the competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution: Plan, organize, and execute engaging marketing events, promotions, and activations across gyms, retail stores, pharmacies, and digital platforms to maximize brand exposure and sales performance.
• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with fitness coaches, social media influencers, and industry experts to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns that align with AmCan’s brand values and objectives.
• Customer Engagement: Lead in-store promotional activities, product demonstrations, and customer education initiatives to foster brand loyalty and drive conversions.
• Retail Collaboration: Work closely with retail partners and customers to design and execute tailored marketing initiatives that enhance shelf presence and product visibility.
• Sales Support: Assist the Sales Team during customer visits and activations, ensuring seamless execution of promotional strategies and brand messaging.
• Competitive Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for continuous brand improvement.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare comprehensive activity reports and performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Adaptive Execution: Take ownership of additional tasks as assigned to support broader business goals and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Nationality: Saudi Arabian.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing, brand management, or trade marketing are a plus.
• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, or Event Management, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
• Industry Passion: Deep interest in fitness, sports nutrition, and dietary supplements, with a keen understanding of consumer trends in the wellness sector.
• Communication & Relationships: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and customers.
• Organizational Excellence: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage complex projects with efficiency and professionalism.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required to support regional marketing initiatives.
