This role demands a deep understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), rigorous Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) protocols, and a proven ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes. You will be responsible for setting industry-leading benchmarks in radiopharmaceutical production, ensuring that every product meets the most stringent safety, efficacy, and performance criteria.

As a key decision-maker, you will lead the development and validation of novel theranostic agents, leveraging your expertise in cyclotron technology and pre-clinical research to pioneer breakthroughs in personalized medicine. Your guidance will be instrumental in ensuring that new radiopharmaceuticals are not only scientifically robust but also clinically viable, bridging the gap between laboratory innovation and real-world patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production of cyclotron and reactor-based radiopharmaceuticals, ensuring full compliance with international GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and enforce Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) frameworks to maintain the highest standards in radiopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Develop and review comprehensive scientific documentation, reports, and regulatory submissions to meet global safety and efficacy standards.
• Lead the research and development of innovative theranostic agents, including pre-clinical validation and cyclotron-based production methodologies.
• Provide expert guidance on the safety, efficacy, and clinical application of new radiopharmaceuticals, ensuring alignment with medical and regulatory expectations.
• Collaborate with clinicians, academic institutions, and external partners to drive impactful research projects and foster cross-disciplinary innovation.
• Mentor and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and scientific rigor.

Qualifications and Experience:

To excel in this role, you must possess a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or equivalent in a relevant scientific discipline, with a specialized focus on cyclotron technology and radiopharmaceuticals from a recognized institution. Your background should reflect twelve (12) years of post-doctoral experience, demonstrating independent professional expertise and a track record of leadership in scientific and administrative roles.

At least five (5) years of extensive administrative or supervisory experience is required, showcasing your ability to manage complex operations, drive strategic initiatives, and lead high-impact teams. Your professional journey should be marked by exceptional research productivity, evidenced by publications in peer-reviewed, reputable journals, reflecting your contributions to the advancement of nuclear medicine and radiopharmaceutical science.
