Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Engagement and Support: Greet patients with a welcoming demeanor, offering assistance and ensuring their comfort from arrival to departure. Your role is pivotal in setting the tone for a positive healthcare experience.
• Accurate Patient Management: Maintain meticulous records by registering and updating patient information with precision. Ensure all data is current, organized, and easily accessible for the clinical team.
• Appointment Coordination: Expertly schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments, minimizing wait times and optimizing clinic efficiency. Act as the liaison between patients and the medical staff to ensure smooth transitions.
• Insurance and Billing Support: Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage to streamline billing processes. Collaborate with administrative teams to resolve any discrepancies and ensure financial transactions are handled professionally.
• Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Provide clear, concise, and empathetic responses to address concerns and direct patients to the appropriate resources.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Foster strong working relationships with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to facilitate seamless clinic operations. Act as a bridge between frontline services and clinical teams to enhance overall patient flow.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all reception duties, including check-in, check-out, and general administrative tasks. Ensure the reception area is organized, welcoming, and conducive to a positive patient experience.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in any field, though experience can sometimes compensate for specific academic qualifications.
