Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in audit, assurance, or risk management, with a strong focus on the mining or resource sector.
• Proven expertise in conducting financial audits, internal audits, and regulatory compliance assessments in complex environments.
• Deep knowledge of international auditing standards (ISA), IFRS, and Saudi Arabian financial regulations.
• Certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify key trends.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, with excellent written and verbal proficiency.
