Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:

• Crafting Compelling Visual Narratives: Design and execute high-impact window displays, in-store layouts, and product presentations that captivate customers and reinforce Leem’s brand identity. Your concepts should reflect seasonal themes, current fashion trends, and the brand’s commitment to quality and sophistication.
• Collaborating for Commercial Success: Work closely with store management and sales teams to ensure that visual merchandising strategies support sales objectives. Align displays with customer behavior and market trends to maximize engagement and conversion.
• Maintaining Brand Consistency: Uphold Leem’s visual standards across all retail environments, from flagship stores in the UAE and KSA to future global expansions. Refresh displays daily, monitor stock presentation, and implement promotional visuals that align with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.
• Inspiring Merchandising Innovation: Stay ahead of fashion trends and provide creative insights to merchandising and buying teams. Your expertise will help shape product storytelling and enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Ensuring Operational Excellence: Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines, adapt to evolving priorities, and execute campaigns with precision. Your attention to detail and spatial awareness will be critical in maintaining high standards of presentation.

Qualifications and Skills

• A Passion for Fashion and Design: A keen eye for color, styling, and composition, with a deep appreciation for Leem’s aesthetic and the modest fashion market.
• Proven Retail and Merchandising Experience: Hands-on experience in retail environments, with a strong understanding of merchandising principles, store operations, and brand presentation. Prior experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar fashion role is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional Communication and Collaboration: The ability to clearly convey visual guidelines to cross-functional teams and adapt feedback to refine concepts. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for fostering a collaborative environment.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: A focus on enhancing the customer experience through thoughtful visual storytelling, ensuring that every display reflects Leem’s values and appeals to its target audience.
• Creativity and Adaptability: The ability to think innovatively and pivot quickly to meet the demands of seasonal campaigns, promotions, and market trends.
• Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with retail systems, basic design tools, and digital platforms for reviewing visual guidelines and reporting. Experience with layout or design software is a plus.
• Educational Background: A diploma or degree in Fashion, Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though exceptional talent without formal education will also be considered.
