Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your expertise will be instrumental in:

• Administering, configuring, and supporting the PingFederate platform to ensure high availability, performance, and security of identity and access services.
• Designing, implementing, and troubleshooting SSO and federation services, including SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC) integrations with enterprise applications.
• Supporting authentication flows, digital certificates, and identity integrations to ensure seamless and secure user access across diverse systems.
• Participating in system upgrades, testing, deployment, and post-change validation to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
• Performing root-cause analysis for incidents and integration issues, implementing corrective measures, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborating closely with IAM, application development, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and vendor teams to align identity solutions with business objectives.
• Maintaining comprehensive technical documentation and facilitating knowledge-transfer activities to empower team members and ensure best practices are followed.

Required Education & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Three or more years of hands-on experience supporting PingFederate or comparable identity federation/SSO platforms.
• Proven expertise in SSO, federation, and identity integration concepts, with a strong focus on security and scalability.
• Deep technical knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect protocols, including their implementation and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing digital certificates, authentication flows, and identity integrations in enterprise environments.
• Extensive experience with configuration changes, integrations, troubleshooting, upgrades, and deployments in production or managed-service settings.

Technical & Professional Capabilities

This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and collaborative leadership:

• The ability to diagnose and resolve complex incidents through thorough root-cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
• Experience participating in controlled change, release, and deployment activities while adhering to ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, change, and service management.
• Proven skills in supporting platform upgrades, including meticulous preparation, rigorous testing, deployment, and post-upgrade validation.
• A commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date technical documentation to ensure knowledge continuity and operational best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills to effectively engage with business stakeholders, technical teams, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and external vendors.
