Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Sales Execution: Implement and execute the sales strategy outlined by the Sales Manager to achieve monthly targets, renewals, and profitability goals while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Market Insight and Prospecting: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and emerging business opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights to refine your approach.
• Client-Centric Presentations: Deliver persuasive and tailored sales presentations that highlight the unique value of Rentokil Boecker®’s solutions, emphasizing their impact on health, property, and environmental sustainability.
• Technical and Commercial Acumen: Survey client premises to assess technical requirements and provide accurate pricing estimates, ensuring transparency and trust in every engagement.
• Marketing and Offer Development: Create compelling offers and marketing strategies for target clients, utilizing digital and traditional tools to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
• Relationship Management: Strengthen existing client relationships through proactive communication, courtesy visits, and tailored follow-ups to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention.
• Client Education and Support: Educate clients on best practices and processes to help them derive maximum value from Rentokil Boecker®’s services, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Contract and Renewal Management: Prepare detailed proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage renewals efficiently, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to client operations.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Maintain open communication with the Operations Department to relay critical sales updates, renewals, and client requirements in a timely manner.
• Data Accuracy and Reporting: Ensure all client data is accurately recorded in Rentokil Boecker®’s systems and generate comprehensive weekly and monthly sales reports with meticulous attention to detail.
• Brand Advocacy: Represent Rentokil Boecker® at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote our services and strengthen our market position.
