Technical and Leadership Requirements

This role demands a distinguished professional with a proven track record of excellence in finance, coupled with the ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams:

• Extensive Experience: A minimum of 15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years as a CFO or Deputy CFO in a complex, multi-entity environment. Experience in diverse industries is a significant advantage.
• ERP Implementation Expertise: Hands-on involvement in a full-cycle ERP implementation, including requirements definition, process redesign, system configuration, go-live management, and post-implementation optimization.
• Professional Qualifications: A recognized certification such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is mandatory, reflecting a commitment to professional excellence and ethical standards.
• Financial and Regulatory Acumen: Deep knowledge of IFRS standards, financial governance frameworks, tax strategies, and regulatory compliance to navigate complex financial landscapes.
• Treasury and Credit Management: Proven experience in treasury management, structuring credit facilities, and negotiating banking relationships to optimize liquidity and financial flexibility.
• Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership skills to mentor finance teams, manage stakeholders at all levels, and articulate financial strategies in a clear, compelling manner.
• Multilingual Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English, enabling effective communication and collaboration in a diverse, multilingual environment.
