We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Information Technology Officer to lead our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, robust security, and unparalleled support for our global team. Key Responsibilities

As the IT Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our technological ecosystem, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability across all systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in:

• Delivering Proactive IT Support: Provide end-to-end technical assistance to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues with precision and efficiency.
• Managing Core IT Infrastructure: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and IT equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Ensuring Network Reliability: Manage and troubleshoot our LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi networks to maintain seamless connectivity for all users.
• Administering Microsoft 365: Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, to enhance collaboration and productivity.
• Securing User Access and Data: Manage user accounts, licenses, and security policies to uphold compliance with IT standards and safeguard sensitive information.
• Maintaining System Integrity: Regularly update IT systems, software, and security patches to mitigate vulnerabilities and ensure operational resilience.
• Troubleshooting and Resolving Issues: Diagnose and resolve complex system, network, and application issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Supporting ERP Systems: Assist in managing ERP systems, with a particular advantage for experience with Odoo, to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensuring Data Protection: Maintain robust data backups and disaster recovery processes to safeguard critical information and ensure business continuity.
• Vendor and Procurement Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors to procure IT solutions and services that align with our strategic goals.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of technical expertise and a passion for healthcare innovation. We are looking for:

• 2–5 Years of Relevant Experience: A proven track record in IT support, system administration, or a related field, demonstrating your ability to manage and troubleshoot complex IT environments.
• ERP and Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly Odoo, and familiarity with cloud services like Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, providing a strong foundation for your technical expertise.

Technical Skills

Your skill set should include:

• In-depth knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, ensuring compatibility and performance across diverse platforms.
• Proficient understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, and switches, to design and maintain robust network architectures.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management tools to streamline user access and system administration.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, including data protection, access controls, and compliance with industry standards.
• Exposure to cloud-based solutions, enabling scalable and secure IT operations.
